Anna Isaacs, a sophomore journalism and English double major at the University of Maryland, sometimes goes home for the sole purpose of visiting her beloved collie, Gatsby. Back at school, she returns to work at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism, where she is currently taking two classes. When not doing homework, she can be found in the newsroom of The Diamondback, the university’s independent student daily, writing or watching as an editor reviews her stories.
